Greetings Everyone. I hope as you are reading this you are breathing and able to find a settled place within yourself. these are uncertain times. Shifts and change are coming so rapidly, with many things up in the air. This may leave some of us feeling unsettled, anxious; others with a strange sense of detachment and many more with a wide variety of mixed feelings and sensations.
In the midst of a MASS Call to stop and pause, I feel called to reflect on where it is best to put time and energy, what can be created out of this seeming crisis, How can this be an opportunity to bring more awareness, love, compassion, integrity and presence into this life and into the world. It could be as small as washing hands or showing up for someone who is struggling, or contributing to policies to create a global network based on love versus fear.
We get to choose. Stay informed, Stay connected. Stay kind.
I want to let you all know that I am still offering private sessions in person and online. I am taking all the precautions as suggested by the CDC , the city and MINKA is also staying open and will be complying with the recommendations of the CDC and NY State. If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with any who has symptoms or has been diagnosed, please schedule an online session.
